Our approach
Nicon Built has been delivering custom homes in Melbourne's inner south since 1990. Before founding the business, our founder worked on some of Melbourne's biggest construction projects. The Bolte Bridge, the Burnley Tunnel, the State Library, the Melbourne Museum. That kind of work is unforgiving. You learn how to manage a complex build properly or things fall apart. Nicon Built brought that discipline into residential construction and it's been applied to every home since.
